448 is a high performance assembled roving for SMC. It is suitable for reinforcing unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins.
448 has a very fast wet-out in styrene, and can enable full wet-out even in the case of high fiber content. It also offers low resin absorption and excellent flowability in resin. The key applications include truck parts, and automobile chassis and bonnets.
